Before the session, you'll fill out a preparatory questionnaire to describe your situation, your needs, and the results you hope to achieve.
For 75 minutes, benefit from an outside, neutral, and professional perspective to work specifically on your issue through a structured discussion, an in-depth analysis, and strategic questioning.
The goal: to take a step back, break through a deadlock, clarify your options, and walk away with concrete decisions and actions tailored to your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Every coaching session is unique and tailored to your situation. However, there is always a common foundation: before the first session, we establish a clear framework (goals, session frequency, confidentiality, and criteria for success).
Each session helps clarify your needs, explore new perspectives, and bring about useful insights.
Between sessions, targeted actions or exercises may be suggested to help you apply what you’ve learned in practice.
Sessions take place via video call, in my San Francisco office, or at an off-site location, and last an average of 1 hour and 15 minutes. -
A coaching program typically lasts three to six months, depending on the goal and the frequency of the sessions.
It is neither a “one-time” session nor an open-ended process: the framework is established from the outset. -
Yes. Confidentiality is part of the professional framework and code of ethics for coaching, including in a corporate setting.
Everything shared during a session remains confidential, subject to the limits set by law and the agreement established at the outset. -
Coaching helps you to:
clarify a complex situation,
Stop overthinking and make a decision,
make aligned decisions,
change the patterns that are holding you back,
to get to know you better so we can move forward more effectively,
get things moving again when everything seems to be at a standstill.
Coaching doesn't promise magic solutions: it is a structured, demanding, action-oriented process designed to bring about lasting change. -
Coaching is a good fit if you’re willing to reflect on yourself, commit to the process, and experiment between sessions.
It works particularly well when you’re seeking clarity and are ready to take action.
