I never could have imagined
the life I have today.

For a long time, I was that “insecure” boy who doubted himself constantly and felt uncomfortable in his own skin, as if he didn’t belong.
Year after year, experience after experience, I learned to recognize and accept myself, to understand who I was through my values and my commitments.

I felt that change could only come from me; becoming the person I wanted to be might be possible after all…

Very early on, I realized that every challenge offers a lesson in understanding life. I gradually built myself up, drawing on these supportive beliefs, self-reflection, and a great deal of discipline.

That’s also when I realized that we are often our own limitations, and that taking action, that initial momentum, is key to success.

A career path
infused with coaching

À 20 ANS

When I was 20, I worked at Sephora on the Champs-Élysées, Paris. I watched with admiration and envy the sales representatives coming by the store.

That world of prestige seemed far removed from me, almost reserved for others. Yet I entered it, not without fears or apprehensions, but with determination and passion. And it worked… I even surpassed (by far) my goal of becoming a sales representative…

IN 2011

I joined L’Oréal in 2011 as a store manager for the brand I’d always dreamed of working for: Kiehl’s. And when I left L’Oréal in 2025, I was serving as a producer for international marketing campaigns.

All of this was achieved without any connections or favors. Instead, I continuously worked on deepening my understanding of the corporate ecosystem, the challenges involved, and how best to navigate and integrate into it. I developed my communication skills, my leadership abilities, and, above all, my assertiveness.

Moving from management to communications, then to marketing and digital strategy, managing social media for major brands, producing international communications campaigns, and becoming a brand spokesperson: none of it was planned in advance.

I’ve always visualized the next step in order to figure out how to get there, take action, and thus forge my own path.

Then came the final transition, the biggest risk I’d ever taken, a gamble on life and on myself: leaving Paris and moving to San Francisco to follow my husband.

That meant traveling more than 9,000 kilometers away, experiencing a different culture, different customs, and a whole new world.

Starting over from scratch: with no points of reference, no professional network, and above all, the need to rebuild some sense of balance in a new environment—and in record time.

Reaching this milestone at age 40 required me to do some serious soul-searching, with the goal of stepping outside my comfort zone to regain my confidence and momentum.

Looking back, this is also what reinforces my conviction as a coach: a transition doesn’t have to be something you just “endure” if you prepare for it.

And we all experience life transitions, both professional and personal, throughout our lives.

Change is constant.

What all my experiences have in common? Sincere interest in the Others.

That is why I chose to study coaching at a recognized accredited school in Paris.

Today, I support people who are going through personal, professional, or identity-related transitions: at a time when their bearings are shifting and they need to step back and take a broader view in order to make informed decisions.

With this demanding yet empathetic approach: listening, structuring, and taking action.
