A unique combination of corporate experience & coaching expertise

Early in my career, I realized that understanding the challenges and needs of the people I worked with (and recognizing how they responded) was a real strength in helping me move toward my goals. 

  • Clarifying objectives, understanding each person’s priorities, adapting communication to the situation, and bringing people together around a shared goal—these are skills my career has taught me in very practical ways. 

    Today, I bring that corporate and people-focused experience to support your leadership and professional challenges.

    Emotional intelligence and assertiveness have played a defining role throughout my career. Long before I had the words for them, I was already learning how to read professional environments, understand complex situations, and adapt the way I communicated.

    I have always been drawn to bringing people together, understanding others, and creating the conditions for effective collaboration. That is also one of the reasons I chose to train as a professional coach.

  • I didn’t have a clear-cut career path or a privileged network. I built my career step by step, creating opportunities for myself through determination and initiative. 

    I spent 20 years in the luxury and beauty industry, including 14 years at L’Oréal. I joined the company as a sales associate at Kiehl’s, then went on to manage several retail locations before becoming the brand’s official spokesperson for the French market. 

    I later moved to the corporate side, where I led on social media strategy and marketing, and developed international campaign for both emerging and legacy brands.
