Clarifying a goal, understanding everyone’s concerns, adapting my communication style to different situations, and bringing people together around a project: these are the practical lessons my career has taught me. 

Today, I draw on this experience in business and interpersonal relationships to support your leadership and help you address your professional challenges.

  • Early on in my career, I realized that understanding the challenges and needs of the people I was working with and analyzing how they reacted was a real asset in helping me move toward my goals. 

    Emotional intelligence and assertiveness have played a crucial role in my career. Long before I could even name them, I was already learning to understand my professional environment, analyze situations, and adapt my communication style.

    I’ve always enjoyed bringing people together, understanding others, and creating the conditions for effective collaboration. That’s also one of the reasons I chose to train as a coach.

  • I didn't have a clear-cut path or a privileged network. I built my career step by step, with determination, by creating opportunities for myself. 

    I worked for 20 years in the luxury and beauty industry, including 14 years at L’Oréal. I started there as a sales associate for Kiehl’s, before becoming manager of several retail locations and then the brand’s official spokesperson for the French market. 

    I then joined the corporate headquarters to work on social media strategies for major brands, as well as the marketing and branding of several emerging brands, before creating and producing international campaigns that highlighted the Group’s commitments.

Our support evolves along with your goals!

Specific success criteria are defined at the start of the support process in order to assess progress:

✓ Customized coaching, in French or English.
✓ Sessions via videoconference or in person (in San Francisco or at your office).
✓ Sessions lasting approximately 50 minutes. 
✓ Coaching provided over a period of three to six months. 
✓ Our sessions are based on real-life situations.
✓ The frequency and number of sessions are determined based on your goals.
